NCCPA Results

The LHUP PA Program is proud to be mission oriented and has as its primary goals to place graduates in medically underserved regions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In order to achieve this goal the program accepts a portion of the student body from rural and potentially disadvantaged backgrounds realizing that there is an increased likelihood that they will return to similar areas for clinical practice. This policy is felt to be reflected on our first time pass rate. The program chooses to sacrifice perfect performance on National Boards in return for a higher than national average of returning graduates to areas of underserved practice.
